"When I made my reservation I booked a handicapped room for specific reasons. I got my confirmation that I had a handicapped room with one queen bed. When we got to the hotel late in the afternoon we just dropped our bags cause we had someplace to be. When we returned very late that night we found that the room was not handicapped. I had trouble with the commode as it was too low for me. I had a lot of trouble in the morning cause I had nothing to hang onto to get into the shower cause there were no grab bars. I did place my concern at the desk on the way out and showed them my confirmation. The clerk asked "well did you have trouble" ...well yes I did. She did give me a discount for which I was grateful but it did not make up for the difficulties I had in the room."
